Following on from successful performances over the past few years, Drake Music Scotland have again worked with Five of Aberdeenshire’s Special Schools and Units and will once again come together to perform their own compositions at the beautiful Haddo House in Ellon.
“Flying High” is a 5 movement piece based around the ideas of flying. Pupils in the schools have taken their inspiration from Eagles, Bumblebees, the Phoenix, Icarus, and BBC Ten Pieces; “Lark Ascending” and “Firebird”.
